I never understood anything other than 1 striker, and healer/skirmisher split between the remaining 4.

hi tony, do the charges of vulnerable stack, in terms of damage (3 charges being 30% damage)? or is it always just the single +10% damage buff for a vulnerable debuff being present?

Just 10% damage

I havent noticed an increase in damage on targets with more than 1 vuln stack, i assume it just allows for more procs

They clear positive effects past lvl3 skirmisher
