ISO 9001 2015 Clause 7 I Support I Resources I Competence I Communication I Documented Information
Clause 7.1 states that top management shall ensure that proper resources required to complete the operations to be provided. Clause 7.2 states that an organization to define and ensure the competency of person. Competency shall be based on education, experience and skills. Clause 7.3 states that top management shall provide awareness regarding established quality management system among whole organization to the worker level. Every employee must aware of quality policy and process objectives. Clause 7.4 states that organization shall communicate any information i.e internal and external within organization that are relevant to quality management system. Clause 7.5 states that organization shall have documented information of the processes , activities that are relevant to implementation of quality management system. This documented information will be used as evidence.
