I flavoured my isolmalt for lollipops with Lori Ann’s lemonade oil flavouring and I couldn’t taste any lemon and I used quite a bit. Any suggestions?

How do you stop the sprinkles from sticking to the isomalt?

If the Isomalt is correctly done they shouldn’t stick on the Isomalt
