Take me back to technodrome 8/91. This tune was well ahead of other rave toons at the time. Great contrast of light & darkness. Chris Paul is a seriously talented guy. I thought he is living in american now, but this track will live for a long, long time. Near perfection. I'll have 2 New Yorkers please.And a bit of whizz. Ok,cough.. Sorry to break it to you, the entire genre was all based on sampling music not even 2 or 3 years old at the time. It's all about composing the elements into something new and different and uniquely your own. Daft Punk is Disco records through a lowpass filter with an 808 and a synth line. It's just art. Also assume you're hating on Madonna? nobody's perfect, but she did some great stuff for music and her 80s/early 90s hits are undeniable greats. Why are you so concerned about who ripped off who when it's the foundation of all music? All I care about is the final product and how fucking good the part is "You're so fine And you're mine..."
