Emirates airline also changed their time schedule last November 1 (19 hrs) I had waited in Dubai. I enquired all the Emirates counter regarding food & launch, but everyone says this information already passed to travel agency ,its not the problem of their side. You need to check with your agent and should be pre booked before 24 hours. They also behave me like this, "Mam, if you have money you can buy food & launch." They told its only the problem of travel agency. I am alone there.
