This episode inspired me to finally take action. I'm an ex therapist, worked in the criminal justice system, even Rikers Island Men's facility. Honestly most of the best therapists that I've ever worked with were dually credentialed in mental health AND chemical dependency. We have a very different approach due to a very acute awareness of codependency which I found MOST of us also are. Thanks Capt. Obvious.😂 Hence leaving the profession.

I hope this helps some fight fans rekindle their respect, at very least, for Isreal. He has taken a lot of flack and people are quick to forget. One of the best to ever do it and a cool, down to earth man.

What Izzy is saying about NZ's perspective on success is right on the money. We've even got a name for it. "Tall poppy syndrome"

Man. I just wish adesanya could read this comment. Imagine joining the UFC, fighting Silva in that passing the torch moment, dominating as champ, facing your rival..then losing only to come back and win....I'm glad you met theo.. life is confusing for us all and theo is the shaman for alot of us.. here's the point. Be proud. if lttle ady could see who he is now, he would want to grow up to be him. I hope he fights again but this time for him.. I'm 29 and we had Silva.. he is probably (Silva) the goat for the younger gen... And no lie, there would be no Alex in the UFC. With out Izzy. Dudes a legend who should go fight these next fights without thinking about legacy. He's a legend. Go back and be water. The reason Alex called him out last wasn't for bullshit.. it was bc ady really push Alex and he's trying to to return the favor. Cheers, if not the best. Top 5 for sure 🙏
