Ffrom a previous war in which Isrsel destroyed the Gahya suburb of Beirut they derived the Dahya docyrine. Because they are afraid of fighting they target civilians and infrastructure. Hamas was already to strong for them and Attacking Lebanon is another stupid mistake. Until now Hezbollah focused on military bsses. If they also follow the Dahya doctrine Israel will panic as they can’t lay on the beach anymore during the war.
