This is not starting to look like anything. It has been a front line for Israelis living up to 30 km from the border with Lebanon , who had to leave their homes to flee the rockets. Israel does not occupy an inch of Lebanese land, and still it has been bombarded for a year. No one bothered to show much interest and it was only to be expected that news outlets would start expanding on this when Lebanon suffers. This is a war Israel has been trying to avoid for a year, with much of the houses, towns and villages northern Israelis fled being already burned down. Israel does not have anything against the people of Lebanon, this is why it announces when and where the attacks are going to take place, to allow citizens to evacuate, but it also has to prioritise the safety of the north , after a whole year.
