He travelled to Paris to continue with his show for CNN..and he was murdered there but they named it as suicide.

That's the episode name it was from. The way the story goes, CNN didn't want to include the segments Anthony filmed in Gaza and West Bank but he fought for them and threatened to walk if they were cut. CNN stripped this particular clip but if you watch the full episode he has a great conversation with the family about the Gazan experience under Israeli occupation.

The situation between Palestinians and Israel is the way it is because powerful interests WANT it to remain that way. Levantine. But most Levantinian food originates in Palestine, and second Syria. Maqlouba particularly is of Palestinian origin.
@ChaoticShelly6 жыл бұрын
Most Levantine originated in the region, not a particularly Palestine. I've heard Palestinians claim Falafel as theirs when in fact it's from Egypt, and Tabouleh as well when it's a Lebanese dish. They even say Shakshukah is Palestinian when it originates from Tunisia and was originally brought to Israel/Palestine by Jewish immigrants. I've visited Jordan and had Maklubah there, which is why I asked.
@alissa66 жыл бұрын
Palestinians are the masters of Arab food, and I speak this as non-Palestinian. Sadly their country, culture and people are getting stolen, erased or reattributed, they don't have a voice in the matter neither. Some sick people in the world there is.
@ChaoticShelly6 жыл бұрын
Falafel is not Palestinian. Neither are Shakshuka, Maqluba, Hummus (Egypt), Tabbouleh (Lebanon) or Shawarma (Turkey).They don't have a culture of their own so they claim other culture's foods as theirs.
