Even rescue crew could not penetrate the crash area because of FOG. Helicopters often crash in foggy, bad weather, particularly in rugged, mountainous region. Israel does not have the science to create fog and mountainous region in Iran. Blame the pilot.

Who picked that particular helicopter? Who picked the particular pilot? This was an Iranian acquired helicopter from decades ago, and an Iranian piolet flying the President. Surely there was a very thorough investigation on any pilot flying a president in any country. There would also mechanics that checked the helicopter before it was allowed to fly, and there must have been security personnel watching that helicopter 24/7 since it was for the president.
