Obviously the only reason Hamas is now willing to study Israel's proposal is because Israel is finally poised to invade Rafah. Otherwise they have had no incentive to negotiate and have rejected ceasefire after ceasefire for months on end now. It's so obvious that military pressure is the only thing that will work with Hamas. Should have happened months ago.
