Israel-Hamas war I Israeli leadership face possible prosecution

Speculation around a possible imminent move by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court against senior Israeli leadership is growing with several Israel media now reporting that officials there believe the Court could issue warrants soon.
ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan has not commented but media reports suggest potential warrants could be issued in relation to the blocking of humanitarian aid that led to starvation in Gaza but also to members of Hamas over actions emanating from the October 7th attacks.
As Sherwin Bryce-Pease reports, some Israeli-Hebrew media also report that the United States is intensely being lobbied to use its leverage to prevent the ICC from acting.

What about arrest warrants for hamàs leaders. Is it because they are not Jews that they will not have arrest warrants issued.

There are pronouncements to be made against hamas as well but of course being the ANC mouthpiece they will omit that.
