Do not confuse religion with ethnicity. On the other hand, what is justifiable is the view of Israel as an illegal occupying power who is currently also committing war crimes at the same level of a certain historical authoritarian regime, who much of the earlier population of Israel itself escaped from. The irony is intense. Furthermore, the current day Palestinian population cannot be justifiably punished for anything done more than a thousand years ago. However, we can prevent further humanitarian injustices happening at the current moment.

The problem is that we really went all in for peace and tried it so many times in recent decades and it has always resulted in the other side exploiting it to develop their terror infrastructure and abilities. We reached our hand out for peace and got restaurants and buses raised by su*cide jihadists strapping bombs onto themselves. We really wanted to move on and develop a better future for everyone but the other side is fixated about destroying our nation, the only Jewish state, which is our resurrection after 1800 years of exile outside of it, and having it come under the rule of many different peoples and empires. It finally returned to us because it belongs to us, and we will not give it up for anything. We are not going back to exile in Auschwitz’s continent and of course not going to return to being second class persecuted minority in muslim countries.
