Very deceptive narrative. First of all the Kerem Sholom crossing was closed because of the assault on the crossing by Hamas which killed 4 Israeli soldiers. Since they cannot guarantee the safety of their personnel at that humanitarian crossing it had to be closed. That, however, is on Hamas. Secondly the Rafah crossing was being used by Hamas to intercept aid shipments which were then diverted from civilian to military use and the remainder of which was being sold on the black market, As a result no aid was going to the civilian population itself anyway via Rafah. With Israel now having the Rafah crossing under their control aid (and not weapons) can be distributed to the civilian population.

No. The Egyptians, Qataris, and the head of the CIA have been drafting ceasefire agreements, taking into account the "wish lists." They interact with the two negotiating teams. Hamas has never "negotiated with itself." Israel had largely agreed to this last revision. Hamas had even given up a permanent ceasefire. Nobody expected them to agree to the latest proposal, but they did. Netanyahu freaked out, and Israel's propaganda ministry went into overdrive.
