Israel Tour Day 7 Part 1 April 9th ~ En GEDI (and the day that Sue fell on her Bum!)

This is my first video experimenting with the “voice over” method. It sounded fine when I was listening to it on my IPad but when I listened to it on the Television, my voice over was very low volume. And when I would turn it up, when the music faded back in, it was too loud. I’m very sorry about this and I know it can be pretty annoying. When watching the film I promise I will get better at this. In the meantime I ask for your grace and I thank you for every moment that you watch.
En Gedi was quite beautiful and we enjoyed the beauty of the area. We were the only ones in the area so the fact that we had it all to ourselves was also wonderful. If I ever get back to Israel, I would love to go explore that area further.
We got back to the states Sue Colson went to the doctors and it turns out that she had bruised her tailbone quite badly. She also twisted her ankle, and her knee. I had the honor of being her roommate, as well. When I was packing to go on this trip, I had grabbed two whole boxes of lidocaine pads and put them in my suitcase. So in the evening, I was putting lidocaine pads all over poor Sue, trying to ease her discomfort. She managed to endure halfway through day 9 when she decided to stay in the hotel room for the remainder of the trip. These videos will help her see what she missed. We would’ve rather had her with us.
