The video is very complex and long and I might have missed something....but doesn't it show, in the end, that neither Italy nor Israel was particularly better than the other?

It's kinda the point. In term of judging 0.1, 0.3, even 0.5 is nothing; there is always a thin line where a movement is both correct but also could be incorrect (because the human eye is limited, because you can't see, etc). And this is a problem, because for the gymnasts it's gold or silver. Rhythmic gymnastics is really a though sport because of this.

In each element of the routine you recognized and individuated all the gymnasts and wrote clearly the one who had execution problems! That’s simply amazing

So thank you for noticing :D You're right I totally forgot I used the last music. It's the second movement from Schubert Quatuor n°13 in A minor, also called Rosamunde for short!

There’s still something I don’t understand- if so many inquiries were requested, and the judges had the opportunity to watch the performances again on their computer, how come they didn’t lower the D score? Do they simply watch the performance again in the same speed as it was live or they can slow the video and examine things better?

They can stop, slow-motion and everything. However, observing everything still take enormous time (I mean I do, so I suppose it could be the same for Euros) so judges limit themselves to simple things: criteria that were not counted. I suppose not having a very careful observation has also something to do with not being "too much unfair" with other groups, because points would probably be lost.

In the code it says, "Penalties for missing the minimum required number of difficulties and required fundamental apparatus elements are applied when not attempted at all" So doesn't this mean that you can't deduct for missing fundamentals when it was attempted?

"...or not performed according to its definition" (3.2.3.1.). Below, there is an example of how Long roll with small bounces is valid but not short roll or how 4 spirals with unclear pattern is valid but not 3 spirals. That's why I penalised for both missing (Israel) or not performed according to its definition (Italy).
