On the ground of Equality and Equity, Hindu temples need to be freed from the hands of the state governments which are looting the Hindu temples. Best examples are Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh where the temple funds are misused by the governments while the temples remain in bad shape. In fact there is a movement asking the devotees not to drop any money into the hundis.
