Israeli forces arrest dozens of Palestinian men during the ongoing operation in the Nur Shams refugee camp in Tulkarm, West Bank.
According to the WAFA news agency, the Palestinian Authority presidency released a statement condemning Israel’s ongoing raid on refugee camp.
The statement highlighted that, in addition to the killing of "several people," there has been major destruction to infrastructure and property.

This is a common misconception. There were actually very few European Jews who moved to Israel after WW2. The vast majority of early settlers were American and Canadian. Because for some reason the idea of setting up an ethno-nationalist state just didn't sit right with most European Jews.
