He's teaching the "Superman punch". :) A Krav Maga person. The Superman Punch is a flash move. Leaves one open. Should only be used if the other guy is semi-conscious. The one getting attacked should pull out a knife. :P

So much bullshit, I am Israeli and I can tell you this is ineffective and is only for show. Real commando's use very different technics that you are not allowed to teach to anyone. There is fight to neutralized which is what is taught to 99% of the soldiers, and there is fight to kill which is a far superior technic that would make this one useless in real time combat. In fact, beside some hardcore UFC fighters or some elite Judoka's, Muay Thai and such, 99% of the people in the world would be helpless against them. Beside looking good and having a neat name such as "Superman Punch", this stupid technic you are teaching here is 100% useless and can be easily retaliated, ending with your back broke on the floor, you lose 100% of your balance by doing this bullshit. What I would do, is simply going toward you while kicking your belly, you act as if your enemy won't try to stop you, its hilarious.
