The story is not fake, and she is sad without doubt, as you can see in other parts of the clip her eyes are teared up. Even if she was laughing, assuming that, then she may have a disorder that we are unfamiliar with such as autism that causes a person to laugh during extreme situations or nervous/sad situations. Have you never heard of people laughing at their family member's funeral because it's simply the body's mechanism to cope with it? Jews have always been part of history in the Middle East before B.C.. After being almost eliminated they were reinstated in the 40s. They have a right to exist and protect themselves.
