I’m Greek Orthodox, this situation is a massacre of humanity. The Israeli military bombed one of the oldest Greek churches Agios Polyphiros, where hundreds of people of all faiths were welcomed in to shelter from the bombing, and given hospitality. This is the church where the murdered Palestinian journalist was a parishioner. Many of the people killed were children and the elderly. Their funeral was in the media, (broke the media blockade) and the priest made a statement, asking the military what was the purpose of killing those children and elderly people? How do you know how many lost their lives? There have been MANY documented instances of hamas staging 'injuries' or 'death' for photo ops, where people get up and walk away after the photo shoot. Islam allows them to lie to further their cause. Who is the father of lies? Do you remember that hospital that was supposedly bombed? It was a hamas rocket that misfired, and then only hit the parking lot! Well documented! I'm not saying that the innocent Palestinians aren't precious - THEY ARE! The government there has gone to great lengths to groom their citizens to hate and fear Palestinians. Almost 20,000 Palestininas were killed by settlers and the IDF per the UN BEFORE Oct. 7th. 400 Israeli's have been killed. So they project away from the real source and replace it with a false source. AND ironically the Palestinians had anti Nazi fighters in WWII and took Jews into their homes in 1492 when Portugal and Spain purged them and also WWII when some fled the Nazis. The US, Canada and the UK REFUSED their ships of refugees and would not let them dock!. Palestine did. Mainly at Haifa. They refer to Palestinians in derogatory ways in their school books (Imagine using the "n" word for Black people and talking about how "backward they are" when they have no access to anything that can change that, Jim Crow laws are in effect WORSE than in the US after the Civil War in our schools today) Palestinians are forbidden to use main roads in the West Bank and if their house is on a main road, they have to go out a window to a side road to leave their homes. Even the elderly. They are subject to murderous raids "cutting the grass" raids in which the IDF randomly attacks and kills residents. Check out "Breaking the Silence." videos-IDF soldiers confessing in regret everything from raping children, adults to getting a score "point" for killing a baby in a raid. Disgusting. BEFORE Oct 7th. If you have netflix (probably other sites have it as well. There is a company that does documentaries FROM THE CHILDRENS ONLY view. NO adult voices. They describe their lives where they live. Watch "Born in Gaza." a real eye opener.
