because for its size it is not worse than most western countries. it has a higher growth rate economically than most western countries, higher edcuation rate etc. To act like India is not doing well and moving forward and calling it just dirty is hypocritical. You should see how the english live in England. Go to a council estate or traveler camp and let me know how ''clean'' it is. I will literally see trash dumped on the roads wherever I drive, from washing machines to mattresses. So unless you are singaporean or Japanese you cant really call anyone else's country dirty.

Does not matter really. India has not had much use for poor middle class israeli tourists with their middle east culture who try to save a few sheckels while searching for raves and ganja among their community. Culture aside, the israeli semetic religion has a lot more in common with islam and christianity then it does with Hinduism; complete polar opposites and incompatible to the core. If israelies had the opportunity they would gladly destroy Hinduism as they have done with other ancient non-jewish religions in their region. israelies pretending to be hindus does not fool me. Politically, the israeli people who came to India in ancient times as refugees were welcome as guests and this was repaid when they collaborated with the British against Indians during colonial times, which is why they fled in huge numbers during 1947-1948 to israel. And the smart Indians know that israelis are selling weapons to pakistan, we know that you like selling weapons to both sides in international conflicts as you have done in sri lanka, iraq-iran etc. During kargil war Israel sold India Old weapons, Old ammo and overcharged us. So all in all, money from your Israeli companies for passage on Indian space rockets etc. is always welcome. Commercial investments are always welcome. Apart from that it seems your bad reputation precedes you around the world.

In the town I live in here in the USA, we have Indian people. In my experience, they are hard working, smart, and friendly people. They run small businesses and work long hours. Their children do very well in school because they value education. I greatly admire and respect their work ethic and devotion to family. There is no doubt in my mind that they love America, and see it as the place to make a good life for their families. They are good people.

During and after cold war, the countries with US were 1st world, with USSR were 2nd and the neutral nations were known as 3rd world. But as most 3rd world counties were poor and actually African, even after the usage of 1st and 2nd world depictions, today 3rd world means poor. India is 2nd world country if today 3rd means poor and 1st means developed.

Everywhere in the world, there is dirt and garbage. Why particularly India. Taxi drivers around the world cheat tourist from abroad in their country. It's common.
