UPSC தேர்வு எழுதி அதில் உயர்ந்த பதவியான IAS பணியில் அமரவேண்டும் என்று பல லட்சம் இந்தியர்கள் தேர்வு எழுதுகிறார்கள் . ஆனால் வருடத்திற்கு 100 IAS அதிகாரிகள் உருவாகிறார்கள் . அது போன்ற கடினமான ஒரு தேர்வை எழுதி பல தோல்விகள் அவமானங்கள் பார்த்து பின்னர் ஒரு IAS அதிகாரி ஆகியுள்ளார் நம் Israel Jebasingh அவர்கள் . இப்போது அவரை போல IAS அதிகாரிகளை உருவாக்கவேண்டும் என்ற நோக்கத்தோடு Officers IAS Academy என்ற அகாடமி ஒன்றை நடத்திவருகிறார் .
Every year, nearly 10 lakh people take Civil Services Exam conducted by UPSC. But only succeed and only 100 people get selected to serve as IAS officer . Israel Jebasingh is one amongst the IAS officer from 2004 batch who worked in West Bengal cadre . After this he resigned from service and started teaching students by establishing Officers IAS Academy in chennai.
Mr. Israel Jebasingh is an IAS Officer of the 2004 Batch, who has resigned from service. He is presently the Director of Officers IAS Academy, a Civil Services coaching center run by former Civil Servants (5 IAS and 1 IRS).

Sir i feel your coaching is the best for UPSC, sir i have some doubt in the medical test which i think only you can give me the clear answer . In medical test in the eye power section in official site it was given in 2 column like better eye 6/6 or 6/9 and worst eye 6/9 or 6/12 , is one eligible if his power lies in worst case ? . if after using spex, if i have 6/9 will i be eligible ? .
