Those who are having capacity to take 90 % and 90 above percentage marks only eligible to win this IAS Mainly need LUCK.NO need of practical skills, even having no help to get this IAS . Maximum copy , paste works only by them .Some of persons only doing good work. The corruption from low level and also in higher level they are not able to control. Majorly in river sand , quary scrubbing no good actions,. May be because of political issues. A prestigious job by the central Government . Congratulations for your selection.
