Let's say, a complainant/petition giver/ worker approaches a police inspector/ RDO/ Shop owner respectively. Can the former call the latter by his name? Isn't it unjust? Do you really think the age/education deserve the sir/ madam or anything else? Here it is the authority/ class divide which decides it.
