மிக மிக அருமை ஐயா. அவர் ஒரு முதலாளி அவர் தான் எண்ணம்போல் வேலை செய்யலாம். தொழிலாளி அவ்வாறு செய்ய முடியாது. அவர்களுக்கு கொடுக்கப்பட்ட அந்த சங்கிலி அமைப்புக்குள் தான் வேலை செய்ய வேண்டும். நாராயணமூர்த்தி அவர்கள் மிக மிக தவறான கருத்துக்களை கூறி வருகிறார். அவர் ஏன் இந்த நிலையில் உள்ளார் என்று புரியவில்லை. நான் ராணுவத்தில் பணிபுரிந்துள்ளேன் தற்போதைய காலகட்டத்தில் ராணுவ வீரர்களுக்கு யாரும் பெண் கொடுப்பதும் இல்லை 100 நபர்களில் 15 பேருக்கு விவாகரத்து பிரச்சனையில் உள்ளது. பெரும்பான்மையான ராணுவ வீரர்கள் திருமண வாழ்வில் ஈடுபடுவது கிடையாது. அவர்கள் வாழ்க்கையில் எதிர்கொள்ளும் பிரச்சினைகளை பார்க்கும் பொழுது சில பிரச்சனைகள் கண்ணீர் வருகிறது. எல்லாருக்கும் இவருக்கு அமைந்த மனைவி மாதிரி அமைந்து விடுமா.ஒரு குடும்ப வாழ்வில் ஒரு ஒரு மனிதன் தனது குடும்பம் தனது மனைவிக்கும் தனது தாய் தந்தையாருக்கும் தனது குழந்தைகளுக்குமான நேரத்தை ஒதுக்க வேண்டும். அவ்வாறு சூழ்நிலை உருவாக்குவது ஒரு நாட்டின் அமைப்பின் கடமை. வெறும் வேலை பார்க்கும் இயந்திரங்களாக மனிதர்கள் வாழ முடியாது. அப்படிப்பட்ட சூழ்நிலையில் வாழ்பவர்கள் மனிதர்களாக இருக்க மாட்டார்கள். நாராயணமூர்த்தி அவர்களுக்கு ஒன்று தெரிந்திருக்க வேண்டும். ஐயா நான் கிராமத்தில் பிறந்தவன் எங்கள் ஊர் விவசாயிகள் 24 மணி நேரம் உழைப்பார்கள். அவர்கள் எப்பொழுது ஓய்வு எடுப்பார்கள் என்பதே கிடையாது. இவரால் அந்த வாழ்வு வாழ முடியுமா. அந்த நேரத்தில் அவர்களுக்கு அந்த உழைப்பு வாழ்வியலுடன் இணைந்து இருந்தது. 12 மணி நேரம் கிடையாது 24 மணி நேரம் வேலை செய்யலாம் .அதற்கான சூழ்நிலையும் சம்பளத்தையும் இவர்கள் தருவார்களா. இன்று இந்திய இளைஞர்கள் 50 சதமானத்திற்கு மேல் வேலை இல்லாமல் இருக்கிறார்கள். அவர்களும் அறிவும் திறனும் இல்லையா. அப்படி இருக்கும் பொழுது இந்த வேலையை பகிர்ந்து அனைவரும் வாழ்வையும் உயர்த்த வேண்டியது இவரின் கடமை. இவரைப் போன்றவர்களோ இவ்வாறு பேசிக் கொண்டிருப்பது நாட்டிற்கு நல்லதல்ல. இவருக்கு நன்றாக யோசிக்கும் திறன் இருக்கிறதா என்பதில் சந்தேகமாக உள்ளது.

Especially sir, unmarried youths who are working far away from home suffering from this over time work 😢 I am personally affected by this. I worked continuously for 20 hrs sometimes without sleep. The company is wrongly encouraging employees to work more to achieve increments and promotions. So many youths are falling into this and working for more hours.

As you rightly say, we as a country should encourage more Pablo and not Bruno. In one company due to shortage of people to cover 24x7, one team were asked to run 11 hr shifts for 4 days. But after 9 hrs they became exhausted and worked like zombies. Mistakes were being made requiring more efforts to rectify. Plus, someone should ask Moorthy how he expects families to run. He may have depended on an unpaid labour of his wife who took care of his home. This is so discriminating against women today when many women are also working.

Perhaps if he is so particular about the development of India he should donate his wealth to India after his demise. In my view Work Life balance is must and comparing with china is unnecessary wherein labour laws are seldom followed and exploitation of labour, suicide of labour can be seen in many industries. In fact UK many EU countries do not buy any product from China if they suspect the product is manufactured by Labour exploitation including child labour. This is due to the fact that, if a product is manufactured elsewhere by following labour laws will cost more and the competition of pricing will be naturally favouring China. In fact such a stand taken by EU and UK has now forced China to prevent Labour exploitation….
