As a compromise, A term is 60 months, so one third polulation can vote every 15 months, and all can vote for a new parliament after 60 months,ie 5 years. Bottom line is state and centre deal with a different set of issues

Sir implementation of one nation one election is correct. As you said suppose in the parliament no confidence motion is moved within a year no need of desolving state government and let the government run by president and executive till the 5 year term end and in the same way at the state cm is in case desolved the governor has to take care of the state government with executive till the term end so that the corruption can be eliminated easily so that any government can run efficiently and transparently so that the nation can develop faster and fulfill public needs without any political pressure. Suppose this continues all the political parties instruct the public only vote for nationalized parties and bring majority form a clean government otherwise parliament members and legislative members will idle for a long time this will avoid corruption and misusing of power and looting of public property and money. In state government most of the civil engineers they are qualified they never do road maintenance and building construction and the government go for tender so job will not proper as per standard and the contractor forcibly pay money to concerned engineers and ministers and quality of job is very poor so and frequently maintenance is required so proper development is not possible so strict and proper vigil is necessary to avoid corruption and malnutrition and build neat and developed country

@fatheenfatin6195. Your argument is childish. You are alone not a tax payer. Look for solutions not problems. Do you know till 1967 both Parliament and assembly election happened at the same time. Also do you know LatecIndra Gandhi dissolved Parliment and advanced Parliment election from 1972 to 1971 and to align with the same the then Dmk CM Kalaignar convinced his minister to accept the proposal to dissolve Assembly in 1971 and hold the assembly election in 1971 as against 1972. Hence " One Nation One Election: are not new to states including TN. Dmk and Mr Stalin easily forgetting such incidents happened under Kalaignar regime. It is good to have " One Nation One Election". If any non majority or dismissal of government then what are the possible democratic solution to be captured in constitution.

Usual pseudo liberal outcry Bjp wins - democracy under threat Bjp loses - democracy is saved🤣🤣🤣 To be factual Shri Amit shah meant coalition government as multi party democracy and not multi party system per se. In UPA 1 and 2 it took years to take decisions. For example aadhar was started in 2009 but it required modi to finish the process. No major reforms took place those especially needed for economy. Secondly remember that in 2019 Odisha assembly election happened simultaneously with LS elections. Bjp won majority LS seats but could not win the state elections. So dont try to undermine our people’s electoral decisions. Thrid argument is that there is no draft about it so dont create deterministic arguments about how dissolution and no confidence motion will be dealt with. Your analysis just seem to create a baseless fear of democracy under threat. It began as a neutral argument but you cleverly ended to mean democracy under threat.
