சனாதான தர்மத்தை தவிர எந்த மதமும் பிறப்பின் அடிப்படையில் ஏற்றதாழ்வு என்ற அதர்மத்தை கற்பிக்கவில்லை. ஒரு குடம் பாலுக்கு ஒரு துளி விஷம் போதும். பாலில் கலந்த ஜாதிய பாகுபாடு என்ற விஷத்தை தனியாக பிரித்து எடுக்க முடியாது. மொத்தத்தில் கெட்டுபேன சனாதனம் என்ற பாலைக் குடிப்பது உடலுக்குத் தீங்கைத்தான் விளைவிக்கும்

Dear Sir, I agree with your viewpoint but the tonality and choice of words of Udayanidhi Stalin was inappropriate. He could have always said Sanathan Dharam can be revised and some points have to be reconsidered by purists today to suit the modern world. But asking it to be eradicated is like someone saying Islam has to be eradicated because of Burqah system. Which will be wrong. In fact Christianity had a New Testament because the Old Testament had medivial law systems. Every religion needs to evolve and people of all faiths should pay due respect to each other in order to enable the evolution.

This is a talk delivered by a person who doesn't know what santhana Dharma is . Do hear ,research and watch who have studied the scripts of Santhana Dharma . It is Santhana Dharma which respects all gods and religions and also consists of atheism which cannot even be thought in Christianity or muslim. Udhayanaidhi stalin is a Christian and he doesn't have any right to poke into Santhana Dharma .

Sir, Caste system and Varnasaram concept in Sanathana dharma are completely different. Am not for any religion or party support. Dharma means path, discipline, wisdom. Based on time dharma have to change (Geetha confirms). Example as am a monthly salaried I belong to Sudhara, politicians are chatriya etc.,.. This system is for sustainable development as not everybody cannot be doctor, Engg. We speak about global warming in the last about 25years, Varanasarama is like recycle bin to keep the world eco friendly. The reason why these were not allowed to write in books is because we are misconceptualizing. the meaning of core concept of Sanathana dharma is deviating. Sanathana is like Grammer while religion is like language. All religion is within the concept of Sanathnana it includes atheist also. Unfortunately, it has become complex to explain. Please remember the story when Raam beheaded a Sudhra who was doing Dhavam, standing upside down with his head. Raam said "Sudhranukku enna dhavam vendi kedakku", and beheaded his head. And all this is because of a brahmin who complained to raam saying his son died because of a sudhran who started doing dhavam. Don't you also know, according to sanatana dharma, a sudhra should never listen or chant mantras. If he does either his tongue will be cut out, or if he hears he ears will be poured melted aluminium, or he will be ended up being executed. How come a religion which is suppose to protect the oppressed support and promote promote oppression. Islam never had untouchability. In Christianity, Jesus Christ himself abolishes the discrimination saying, "hereafter, there shall be no Jew or Gentile, hebrew or greek, man or women, all are one in Me". I don't hate ramayana, in fact I read it several times, but the more that I read it the more that I don't want to read and stop reading it.

Also Jesus, being born in Jew, a highest caste in that region, touched and requested and drank water from a women who is a samaritan, which is considered to be a lowest caste and untouchable.

@@ajay316 that's all you know about Christianity? Lol. Wait a minute I can give you more, Adventist, AG, ECI, and the non-denominables. I can still go on. But here it does not promote casteism. All these different group worship the same God but in different ways. A catholic can atttend a Pentecostal church and vice versa and all the other combinations too. They don't follow untouchability because they all know they all are one in Christ. They don't look down upon people of other denomination, in fact they'd spiritually help each other to uplift eachothers spirituality. As simple as that.

@@whoops0 discrimination and oppression have existed in Islam and Christianity too. The medieval European socio-economic structure such as categorization of people as clergy, nobility, etc in France, lack of access for women to education, etc such issues had existed in Christianity. Emerging Islamic casteism in India, purda, burkha system etc are few examples to quote. Every religion had/has negatives and those have to be eradicated rationally to build an egalitarian society. The problem with Dravid parties in Tamil Nadu is, although being atheist they only target the negatives of Hinduism and ignores the rest. Also TN has too much of caste identity and honor prevalent even today which in many cases takes violent face. Recent Nanguneri case is just one of the examples. These obstacles and challenges can be solved only when we acknowledge them.

Sir i think you should delete or remake the video, in our dharms it is described as varna not caste , which meams humans are been divided by their work , a Brahmin son can become as sudra , sudra can become vysya and in all combinations, kindly read the correct translation, i accept descrimination was done but it was done by some medival age stupids , for that you are accusing sanatana dharam this is wrong, kindly read the correct scripture , gurus like ramanuja and etc was fighting for ending the descrimination. The traditional name of Hinduism is Sanatana Dharma. There is no caste discrimination in our Hindu religion but the problem is most of the Hindus do not study their scriptures. There is no caste discrimination in Hindu scriptures but many groups with vested interests misquote and manipulate the hindu religious texts and say that Sanatana Dharma supports caste discrimination. Your Understanding about Sanatana Dharma is Wrong.. Sanatana Dharma scriptures clearly describe that the Four Varnas are based on one’s Guna (quality & nature of a person) and Karma (deeds) but it is absolutely not based on the Janma (birth). If a person is born in a Brahmin family, but has the qualities of a Sudra, he is to be considered as a Sudra. Merely becoming a son of a Brahmin father will not make anyone a Brahmin.
