Some team roosters were also changed. The roosters from ISS64 were more focused on Euro 96 while the japanese version focused more on 98 WC Qualifying.

ISS64 would be more comparable to Jikkyou J. League Perfect Striker, cuz Jikkyou World Soccer 3 made even more changes from there.
