He overwrote jigen. So it doesnt matter ehar jigen looked like or what eyes he had cuz now jigen was overwritten by isshiki so to answer your quedtion of how did isshiki get that eye. He always had it.

Prime examble in the boruto series, Boruto throwing his rasengan at momoshiki, (its stated to have caught him ofguard btw also its pretty obv). That rasengan visibly dents his face and actually hurts him. Normally it would not hurt him at all as he was brawling with naruto and sasuke just a few mins ago and wasnt actually hurt by them that much, atleast before they used big attacks or a planetary devastation. So basically when people in naruto are ofguard, they are not amping themself with chakra so their durability would lessen by quite a bit

I’m sure u understand now but just to make it simple. Ishiki lived inside jigen a head Ishiki implanted karma on jigen Ishiki implanted karma on kawaki Jigen too weak of a vessel. They killed jigen and forced ishiki to resurrect using karma in jigen body. All other karmas are erased. (Kawaki karma) Now to find out how kawaki gets a karma back . There’s thousands of possibilities that can be the reason remember episode 1 is like 4 years later . That could be any otsutsuki’s karma on kawaki in the future

I don't think he could put a Karma on just anyone that kills him, as we have seen most people are incapable of handling the Karma and die almost immediately. Momoshiki was just incredibly lucky that Boruto has inherited so much of the otsutsuki type powers through his Hyuuga bloodline and the fact his dad is the reincarnation of Asura, and therefore his body was ripe to accept the Karma. Isshiki had to search a long time to find a suitable host in Kawaki. Jigen was not suitable but Isshiki kept him alive as a parasite and so since Jigen's body lived long enough for a fully matured Karma to develop, ishhiki is able to successfully revive in him, although he will only live a few days.
