Please explain that Janasena got 21 seats in the legislative assembly but they never merged their party into TDP, so he is the opposition leader of the house with 10% law. Then why Jagan asking for opposition leader status.??????

Sir, TDP Upendra is not opposition leader. Parliamentary party leader C. Madhava reddy of Adilabad MP is LoP of TDP. But he is not opposition rank leader at that time Same thing happened in 1994 AP Assembly, P. Janardhan reddy is LoP of Congress party. But not opposition rank leader. In Telangana assembly, in 2018 Bhatti vikramark opposition leader ( 21 MLAs), after defections Congress strength comes down to 6 MLAs, immediately he lost opposition rank in assembly. So many examples in so many assemblies in indian states. 10% of strength is required for opposition rank facilities. Now Jagan reddy is Assembly leader of YCP. Jagan reddy is party flour leader of his party. But he don't get opposition rank leader facilities like cabinet rank ministers.
