I just paused the video to tell you how much I enjoy you presentation and demeanor. You're calm, professional, friendly. Your tutorials are clear and detailed. Mainly, you show us how to not get wound up so tightly when Amazon tells us that there's an issue. Girl, I lost $500+ from lost sales due to Amazon's unclear demands in the last 60 days. From stranded inventory, after I finally did what Support told me to do THREE TIMES, and I said I am not allowed to do that, THREE TIMES, to re-verification glitches, I have been tied into knots! 🙃😜🤨And here you are, just calmly explaining the processes, and not making a huge emotional "I-hate-Amazon" deal out of it. So reassuring!
