There is no issue with any other visa after visiting Pakistan. Many foreigners visit Pakistan and there are Pakistanis living in almost every country as you mentioned. The only possible issue could be Indian immigration asking questions about your reason for visiting Pakistan, where did you go? why did you go? what did you do? who do you know there?

Pakistani visa does not cause any issues with getting any other visa. Like you mentioned, many Pakistanis live, work and settle in western countries. The only difference i find is US vets Pakistanis a lot while issuing visas and often at airports. Like 221(g), administrative processing is quite common for Pakistani visa holders, causing few weeks of delay for visa issuance. At times, secondary inspection on entering the airport.
