we used a three bolt that we had from a spare motor and moved the coil down by the frame rail used a bracket from skillard and same locar cable

Yep yep you guys know the drill " just call protunerz" and I see you guys on Facebook in the Z World plenty of pictures and talk on connecting." Church of L Series" And I know you two know to change married parts at the same time like clutch slave, clutch Master and clutch line ( I got stainless braided from Zcardepot ) I see so many people replace one part . You can't, they are married by age. So always do All three parts. If they are replaced at the same time they wear in together. Replace just one , one is new puts alot more pressure on the old part and soon to fail! Than people blame the system/ car.

Replace the thermostat bolt with a class 12.9 socket cap bolt. Done.

did y'all keep the fuel pressure regulator, or delete it? currently rebuilding my l28, but not sure if it's necessary to keep components like this

id suggest keeping it. I know that alot of fuel injeciton systems wont work without the right pressure. but idrk. i still have to put both the fuel rail and the regulator on it.
