Issuing Refunds in Tickets Commerce - Event Tickets Plugin

what fees are incurred as a result of issuing a refund?? as in, event organisers already incur processing fees (2% + stripe/paypal fees for Event Tickets (nearly 4% in total) NOT tickets plus) when using Tickets Commerce, I have to therefore assume that another processing fee is incurred as a result of the refund.
