Clean, well manicured streets, peaceful (minus the honking but that's not normal in large cities around the world), no homelessness seen in the streets, nobody worried about being robbed, a mix of eastern and western realities, apparently no scammers of tourists around. I'm not sure what it's like to live there every day and deal with government and the locals but for tourism, seems like a great place to visit.

I hope that the locals are friendly too. When I visited Budapest, Hungary, it seems like the locals had no patience with tourists. Some of them literally rolled their eyes when I was figuring out how much to pay. One of them just reached out his hand like "Give me your money and get out of here!"
