Yasir qadhi was one of the first salafi's on the internet doing dawah and was a hardcore wahabi and after years of studying he says it's not shirk then these kids on the internet need to listen and learn

But the whole point is the Awliya Kiram RA are not dead. Several verses in the Quran directly say this. So visiting the resting places of the Awliya Kiram RA and making dua to Allah seeking their tawassul is a very reasonable thing to do especially because Allah Almighty commanded us in the Holy Quran to seek Wasila.

There’s a difference between what sahaba have done and what later muslims done. If you can find tawassul and istigasa from Sahaba then do it but for sure they are the best muslims and know islam better than suyuti, ibn taimiya , and the rest. So please go back to sahaba and u will find the truth, because their teacher is the best teacher our beloved Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him.

Lol. Could be would be. Comtradicting onself. Saying the Ulema and whole tradition is majority and then saying it's Haram. So you are saying these great scholars did Haram things? That too in deen? Sulleh Kulli is the greatest fitnah of today. There is no compromise in religion. People have hit my vehicle from behind. I turn, see, and leave. I don't care. But when it's an issue of the deen(specifically Aqeedah), there can be no unity unless we all have the same correct one.

Yassir reinventing the wheel. This debate has been going on even before America was born. Shirk is not as alcohol or Zina. We cannot start from the assumption that it is haram. He is directing the debate for convenience. If it was for convenience Abu Bakr would not kill the tribes who refused to pay Zakah. If Yassir was there he would condemn Abu Bakr? Islam is not about convenience and pleasing the crowd. The source is about Quran and Sunnah.
