Hi Sir, sorry just wanted to clarify on the note when you said that System Testing is focused on functional testing and not on non-functional testing.. DO you mean that functional testing is the priority but team will also do non-functional test (e.g performance, usability, security) after they have completed functional testing? and will be performed on same stage which is in System Test Phase... Did I understand it correctly? or are we also saying that non-functional testing can happen on any other stage after functional system test is done?

Both are equal possibility, Generally it happens in System testing and yes after functional testing. Depends on product, project and organization characteristic but all 3 are equal possibilities in real world.
