I managed to get this Mustang after me and two enemies were ganging up on a lockup. They tried to kill me but they left the Mustang behind when I retreated. They never came back.

No, but you won’t be able to drive it in Lockdowns for the next 24 hours. You can still drive it in Freeroam and PVP playlists just fine though.
