IMO the killer was at the 1st chicane incident, if he wasn't rear ended and had to spin around to recover, he would've carrier much greater speed through the straight in between 2 chicanes.

Miura is no supercar. First ever saupercar is the Mclaren F1, and maybe alongside Jaguar XJ220, but of a far lesser presence it lends the title to the F1. The Ferrari F40 was a proto supercar, and before it, not anything to be called supercar anything. Others before at best were sports cars or grantourers depending on their body and features.
