Is power steering pump failure common on these? 5.2 2007 changed power steering hose and tried bleeding air from the system and started pushing out at the pump passenger side

I have a question I have a NPR isuzu 4bd1t While driving the other day it started rolling smoke out of it look kind of whitish blue shut up shut it down on the road pulled over over the Motorola was boiling on top of the head now it's got a skip to it do you think it's small and rod it's slow down or busted a push rod?

Hie 4HL1 experiencing misfiring and when I stripped head trying to turn engine piston moves together with sleeves is it correct or there is a possible problem there

It is not recommended to rotate engine while head is removed.

On an engine with a water cooled turbo you can also pressurize the cooling system with exhaust gas from failed internal seals in the turbo center housing. Definitely less common, but I’ve had the unfortunate experience of rebuilding an engine because it had a “bad head gasket” still have the problem, putting a new engine in, still having the problem and then after racking my brain realizing it was the turbo. I put the original engine back it with a new turbo and kept the replacement engine as a spare. Holy sh*t was that and expensive and time consuming lesson!!!😂

Hello there I got a 06 NPR 5.2 liter found slight engine oil in the radiator and coolant bottle also upper radiator hose collapsed every time you shut the engine off vehicle has 426072 miles Head gasket problem or oil cooler worn??

Did you find where your oil was coming from? Our 05 is full of oil in the radiator as well. I've pulled the oil cooler and it's fine.

I have a 2005 isuzu NPR with the 5.2 diesel I put it in the shop and they said I have a blown head gasket and the head is bad. So it has to be replace, they're also saying that the radiator needs to be replaced. They're saying it is damaged and clogged. Is there an average price range for this repair I feel like I am getting ripped off. The whole experience has been totally unprofessional

Simple stuff would be a bad thermostat, a dirty radiator or a bad fan clutch.

My 2001 Isuzu npr loses power and holds the gears until I let off the gas then it will change to next gear, but it stops and slows down fine. Got any suggestions ?

I have a 01 motor 02 cab on an Isuzu npr blows blue smoke at first start, once warm, I floor it 3 times by the 3rd rev it blows blue smoke. It has an intermittent skip or what should like a loss of prime for a Milla second. Also after eng is warm and shut off and try to start it again it sputters trying to catch prime seems like before panning out after a 1min. Check all voltage, to fuel pump. Manual motor, first year off egr, and high pressure fuel pump. No tps sensor located in ecm.
