Australia salutes you! We are looking at buying a pre EGR C15, 620 Cummins or a DD15 ,post 2015. I spent about 3 hours watching your vids and I feel a whole lot better. Dynos are the go and we should not get stuck. We run outback to the sea, mud to concrete, and need guts and reliability. Thankyou Adam!

Very good important info on rocker shaft bolts , I will get my tighten to specs on my Cummins isx which I just got 800,000 miles on it, thanks Adam

This would not apply for a Cummins, that is a completely different design. But, i would recommend base timing and valve lash be checked.

Great explanation on the bolt failure. Regular maintain and inspection is the best way to avoid a failure. 👍

Hello sir! I have a 6nz that has been given me headaches. It started to blow coolant from tank reservoir and keeps ruining the water pump. I have replaced the water pump 3 times and still ruines them. The fouth time i removed the head and gasked seemed to be new since overhaul was done las year. Took cylinder head to shop to test and tech said head had no problems. And said i had to change air compressor. So I bought new air compressor and installed it as well new water pump for the fourth time.installed cylinder head with all new gasket lit from cat.Ran truck to full days and leak started again. Any chance you have come across a problem like this? Thank you for all you do!

Great video. Use a sledge hammer to take drums off and I back the brakes all the way off. Then I hit the drums.

Tengo una pregunta alguien le puso sal granulada adentro donde se le pone el aceite a mi Freightline dd15 2011 pero el camión ha seguido corriendo normal antes que nos demos cuenta. Nos dimos cuenta cuando le hicimos el cambio de aceite. El aceite salió limpio parece que todo se quedó arriba. Que podemos hacer para limpiarlo? Y sacar toda la sal . Por cierto es sal gruesa no de la de cosinar.

Cat had an issue with the studs they even had a P.I.P. bulletin Product Improvement Procedures at one time. they redesigned the studs putting a under cut on the studs. but yes adam ALL C15 owners need to verify that they have the redesigned studs if not catastrophic damage can occur
