ok i know nothing about storage units, so if what i say doesn't make sense... sorry 😂 i dont know how big storage units come/price range, but is that a temporary possibility to rent a few of those a month to fill in for an office space if need be (especially since you wanted to downsize inventory)? i remember when you moved everything into your garage LOL i know you'll be able to figure out what's best for you!

I wish, but unfortunately no. Most storage units don’t allow you to conduct business out of them - strictly intended for storage. Now whether people abided by that… that’s another story. But since I have employees and need a place for them to work, this wouldn’t work. 😔

The last time I went to Starbucks for a small coffee it was $3.75 double the price pretty much now..Bye Starbucks LOL

Sounds like the slow down is the best thing to happen as far as move plans go! The right place will open up in time without the rushed feeling. As far as coffee, seriously why is the price creeping up so much??!? Now that I have moved to Australia, I finally get to enjoy coffee out because the price here is significantly less on that one particular item that I've always considered a luxury outside of home brewing (and very much look forward to). On average, I am paying $4 AUS for a warm coffee latte (about $2.50ish USD) and I paid $4.34 USD for a Venti Iced Sugar Free Latte at Starbucks here. SF is important to note because the charge per pump for it LOL, and this ran me close to $7 in Washington a few weeks ago.

We pay $5.23 for a pound of cafe bustelo, run it through our french press...makes about 15 pots in the press...100% better than star $$$$s...add a dollop of creamer..wala. We are preppers besides resellers, and that specific coffee, lets say, if the stores closed for two years...we would still be drinking it.
