The great Pakistani railroad adventure takes a turn for the worse as Jack is admitted to Islamabad International Hospital. During Dinner at BBQ Bazaar, Jack explains what caused him to be admitted and his experience at a hospital in Pakistan. After this, we eat the best meal we have eaten in Pakistan, a meal that reminds us of home, Jalfrezi curry. We end our meal with some tea and head over to Quetta Chai to try the Luke Damant Cheese Paratha, which Paige has a controversial opinion on.

Healthcare in Pakistan is better than what many people expect. Simple blood tests and xrays in Govt hospitals are free. From a private lab you can do an xray for 1000 rupees which is £3 unbelievable price.

My aunts a senior surgeon in Pakistan most of my family are doctors. My aunty specially if I’m sick in Canada I call her to get a quick diagnosis on the phone. 😂😂 She’s so talented my brother had kidney stones and she told him on call his diagnosis and the exact meds they would prescribe him in Canada. She’s now in Oman she worked in Saudi Arabia and Dubai soon she will be in Ontario. She ran the entire hospital in Pakistan with two kids.
