Cracking hike! I tried to do the same route about a year ago - only in the opposite direction. I had to cut it short - coming down the valley instead of climbing Whiteside as I realised going up Grasmoor I wasn't fully recovered from a heavy cold

Glow plugs take about 10secs to go out depending on the temperature if you're in the negatives sometimes doing the ignition twice will make a huge difference it the start just wait for the light to go out each time

Wow what a trail this was with those fantastic views that was quite a slog up, the drone footage really did show off your location really well. I could see those clouds coming rolling in it's a good job you reacted quick and found another way off the peaks. I guess it's always good to have a second route should the weather take a turn for the worst you can soon go the wrong way when the clouds come down that quickly and every direction looks the same. Feel ive come quite a long way reading this, kinda got the gear for it these days and honestly soooo good to be able to pull the drone out anywhere snf even m navigation skills are getting a bit better .... ok maybe not but 2 out of 3's not bad ;) ..... was a great hike 2 weeks later though my knee is still in bits lol

Forget Europe so much to see in the UK the lakes the Yorkshire dales. Maybe a trip to Ireland starting in the North then going down the west Atlantic way. Do able in a camper and on the ferry. Some stunning scenery over there. Defo on my bucket list

One thing must state, overnight car camping in lakes is restricted for good reason, the place is highly commercialised so car parking for the normal visitor who only stays in one place for around two hours is finding it harder and harder to park due to camper vans etc, they have to draw the line somewhere? Not being nasty and I know all u guys love doing this but I can also see the other side of the argument, when we go we stay on campsites for that reason, love your videos tho xx
