In this video we were going to talk about the issue going on with overpriced pick up trucks and dealerships are getting stuck with hundred plus thousand dollar low quality trucks that nobody wants to buy even a 2022 GMC Sierra Harley Davidson package is still available and it’s 2025 multiple birthdays had a dealerships car lot they cannot sell this overpriced junk

Why would anyone with more than two ounces of brains want one of those lifted trucks to begin with, it won't fit inside a normal garage door opening, the fuel economy has to be abysmal and having to climb into the thing would get old quick.

This mess started when financing went out of control. Dealers brainwashed buyers into not caring what the price was....they just talked about a monthly payment. The cherry on top is the vehicles being made today are not built to last like the one's we've driven for so long. There's a new opportunity emerging if someone wants to step up - make a good, reliable vehicle that people can buy at a price they can afford. Or else city governments better start making it legal for people to drive golf carts on the road.

So here’s the big thing with lifted trucks. You lift the bumper high enough and you’re not street legal anymore. Check the laws in your area. Lots of stories of lifted vehicle owners being sued because their modified trucks are not street legal.

I ordered my Rebel GT in 22’ took 2 months. Msrp was $58,000 and when it came in manufacturer inflated it to $69k. I didn’t pay that because was already set in contract but what a joke. Lucky I got green sheet pricing but like any other vehicle it’s lost a lot of value because was overpriced in the first place. No Toyota fan boys your newer Toyota trucks are not reliable and don’t hold resale either. I almost bought the tundra and glad I didn’t.

I bought a 2020 Trail Boss with 127,000 miles on the ODO and with a CarFax showing a prior non-frame damaging accident in the right front end that was repaired by the prior owner. However, there was some rear sheet medal damage still present that did not concern me because of no frame damage. I ended up replacing the tailgate and rear bumper and has the right side bed panel replaced and repainted. After buy my Silverado--I sent it to a body shop to repair all of the truck, including having the entire truck repainted. All I can say is that I now have a brand new truck for only $24K used truck price due to the high milage and prior accident. I also restored the interior. Now, I am in the process of turning my Trail Boss into a my own Black Widow, or a Harley Davidson GMC version with a 6" lift, 22" wheels and tires, fender flares, lots of expensive high end off-road lights and I am installing an OEM sunroof and leather seats. The AFM was already deleted. However, I am going to still replace the cam shaft and lifters--as well as the transmission valve body under GMs new voluntary warrantee for Silverados up to 150,000 miles, or 15 years due to the faulty valve bodies in certain year Silverado's--especially the '21 through 2023 year models. All told, I didn't spend anywhere near $100K! I paid $24,000 with another $15,000.00 for restoration and custom mods. The restoration has gone magnificently! I am almost done and I'll have my own "Black Widow" that I built myself! F--ck these rip-off prices! Stop making pickup trucks for wealthy soccer moms and CEOs. Make trucks for hardworking middle class people! Enough with the electronic non-sense--especially those dangerously distracting ginormous LCD screens that now look like 50" TVs. You have to take your eyes off the road to make sure you press the correct virtual button. This is very dangerous!

take a 100k and leave it sitting in sp500 for the length of the loan, 5 years and have 150k+ at the end. or buy a truck and be underwater for 5 years. sell it for 20k, just enough to cover the fees, interest, maintenance. that's a really tough decision.
