Those who enter the border illegally are illegal, therefore have no rights under the constitution. Those seeking asylum have no rights until they are given asylum. They have to present their case in court first, until the host country decides whether to give them asylum or not. Only if they are given asylum do they acquire any rights.

Well, New York is still an economically desirable city that upwardly mobile and well to do people want to live and work in. Not everybody sees the city as a dump. There are a lot of lovers of NYC who don't want to live anywhere else and care about what happens to it. Plus a lot of tourists who still want to visit it. I'm a former New Yorker born and raised, but moved away as I could no longer afford to live there. My point is, don't assume that everybody considers NYC to be on its last gasp, the city has been in trouble before (like the 70s), so this isn't the first time.

You've done a couple decent videos on the issue, but where are the NYC residents taking responsibility for their involvement in this? No one voted for candidates that clearly supported an open border and mass illegal immigration? No one voted for sanctuary status? If you were ok with this when it was only a border state problem then you deserve this. You voted these people in who took federal tax dollars for several years to be sanctuary cities, that money was to build infrastructure to take care of the arriving immigrants, the money is gone but there was little to nothing built. NYC as a whole has already agreed to take them, you've taken the dirty money in exchange for a future favor you cannot refuse. Well now this is the favor you cannot refuse. Demand an audit of the money NYC got, better vote red this time or next time all these immigrants will be voting for anyone who will give them even more of your stuff.

Where I live there is a nurse line available 24/7 for health advice. The problem is that for most peoblems they just tell you to go to the hospital since they don't want to be liable for telling you you're okay if it turns out you're not. It only goes so far.

As a GC holder, I don’t understand how those illegal immigrants not only seem to have legal “immunity” but also have gotten so much supports from housing to financial help so much more than US citizens. Yesterday, I went out with my husband and saw this homeless veteran on the side walk. We see those homeless veterans sometimes and it breaks my heart! Anyone in any country who has fought for the country should be prioritized first than illegals immigrants! My home country never allows this to happen. If illegal immigrants caught on the street or even tourists caught doing crimes, they’ll be in jail for months or years depending on the crimes, will be tried, deported and banned for good. My country wasn’t willing to sign the agreement with the UN as a “shelter country” only as a transit country. I see more homeless people in the US than in my country.

True! I’ve had phone appointments with my doctor, the only time it works is when it’s to refill my meds or a follow up. New issues , skin rash, or cold/sinus i have to be seen to get a diagnosis. The call center will not work. Waste of money. Doctor phone appointment works if it’s a follow up ( non emergency).

I remember back in 2010 i started having seizures, i lost my job cause i couldnt work, therefore i lost my apartment and i couldnt receive any help from the local agencies because i didnt have a job so they wouldnt pay my rent . I had to leave the state where i was and go live in vermont with a son of mine and his family. It was very stressful. I wish there was a right to shelter back then. But thank God i had family or i would have been on the street. Sometimes you lose everything due to your health. I have a joke about governments and trees I heard years ago that is PERFECT. One day a trucker was at a busy truck stop eating his lunch beside a highway. He noticed that two state employees, down the road were working+ One was digging a Hole next to the highway and the second guy followed him and immediately filled in the Hole like it was never there and this went on and on. After about two hours of watching this, the Trucker became very Curious and decided to go over and ask the State Highway workers, what they were doing. He had never seen anything like this. So he goes over to the lead guy and says-"What are you doing", the lead guys says, Oh, we are planting trees to beautify the highway. Then where are the trees the truck asked,? Oh the lead guy explains, We have a three man crew who always does this. I dig the Hole , the Second guy Plants the Trees , and the Third guy fills it in. Unfortunately, the 2nd guy , the Tree planter , is SICK TODAY....!!! This video reminds me of that Joke. Respects
