FF Mystic Quest gets a lot of hate, but the visuals are spectacular. But let’s talk about the genius. The music. The soundtrack is amongst my top 5 on the SNES. It’s literal perfection! Awesome list! Have a great week!

Mystic Quest (Final Fantasy USA here) has a CD soundtrack that goes for more than 200 dollars US, about 4 times the cost of the game itself in used stores! And in college even with XBox and PS2 available, in my dorm room everyone gathered for 3 different versions of 4 player Super Nintendo Bomberman...

You're lost in Secret of Evermore? Don't sweat it! I absolutely hate Secret of Mana for the same reason. Lost on the weridly segment map where everything looks the same. Lost in the menu, with those icons that dont really means anything, Lost in the UX whre pressy Y opens the Main character's menu, and X switch between, both secondary. I already don't love Action-RPG, but that one is confusing!

I’m not huge into most Action RPG’s either, so I understand the struggle there. 😂 I need to revisit Secret of Mana, for some reason I have this feeling that I enjoyed it when I was a kid but when I tired it again as an adult I wasn’t a fan.
