Excellent, forward- thinking advice! I was extremely critical of CBT Nuggets at the start of the week of my CompTIA Network+ class. However, I am VERY HAPPY I now have another reliable cert resource whom backs their knowledge with actual, real - world examples and with full - on integrity. Ranks up there with Professor Messer and PowerCert Animation. Kudos to my instructor, whom was keyed into my specific learning style and delivery method, for introducing to this amazing resource to complete my " Big 3 ". That resulted into a subscribe.

I would advise adding more slides and, most important, add info about the stuff you are talking recommending.

Not sure if you are still taking questions. I have 4 years exp and I want to get into network security should I start with Network + or Security +?

RBG Tech16 Both. Network covers some security, I have that one, but not enough. And without the Network+ you'll be lost studying for Security+. Good luck man

if you are familiar with networking and can configure routers and switches then I suggest start into ccna security. but best is to get some basic knowledge by getting cisco ccna rs.

Don't go comptia. Get vendor specific certs.

get your CCNA very little math entry is 40,000 to 50,000 a year
