Hello. I just unpacked it and when I try to use it, I have some kind of bumper error in the app. What does it mean?

My guess is that you haven't removed all of the packing materials. If I recall correctly, there's a rubber strip tucked between the front (curved) panel and the main unit. If that's still there, it might be triggering a bumper error. Have a close look!

Small question here, whats about if we have tree floor ? You can map them and simply need to lift him upstairs ?

If you have a tree floor, you're out of luck but congrats for living in a tree house! If you mean a multi-story house, you can just place Dustin and push the Go button on each floor!

Picked one up 2 weeks ago, it mapped cleaned was happy..so on the 3rd clean, it fell off my stair(6 steps) not sure why...NOW it shows its offline, On the app??? I did not make any changes etc? So now i just go and press GO o the vac...today it fell off the same stairs??? Not sure what to do, return ? .

Oh no! Check with bObsweep customer service, it has sensors to avoid just this problem!

@AskDaveTaylor been in touch with them, trying to see if anyone else has/had this issue. I think I am going to just return them.
